Samsung Galaxy Note 9 launch: Live highlights

In what is considered to be its most-awaited launches of the year, Samsung is set to unveil its ‘phablet’, Galaxy Note 9 at its Unpacked event in New York. The Galaxy Note 9 is the most expensive Samsung smartphone and 9 is expected to feature a 6.4-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display. Samsung is supposedly replicating the camera module that was seen earlier in the Galaxy S9 Plus which means a dual-rear camera setup comprising of a 12-megapixel primary lens with a dual aperture that can shift from f/2.4 aperture to a wider f/1.5 for low light shots along with a secondary camera has a 12-megapixel lens with f/2.4 aperture. On the front there is an 8MP front shooter.

Samsung is expected to launch a 8GB+512GB variant along with a base variant which should 6GB RAM+128GB internal storage. The S Pen is said to be the highlight of the handset and will come with new features such as camera shutter, control music playback and more.
