A two-day conclave of the Samiti, which saw participation of over 3,000 seers from across the country, deliberated on a number of issues including a central legislation for cow protection, cleaning of the Ganga River and construction of the Ram temple.
"We direct the government to either bring in a law or an ordinance (for the construction of the Ram temple)," Ramanand Hansdevacharya, the patron of the organisation, said in the concluding remarks of the conclave.

The demand for a law for construction of the Ram temple has been growing after the Supreme Court last month said that an "appropriate bench" will decide in the first week of January the schedule of hearing of the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute case.
Spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, in his address to the seers, said that all options for facilitating the construction of Ram temple must be kept open and that the community of saints should keep pushing and praying for an early resolution of the matter.
"We have three options - firstly we should continue with the talks to resolve the issue, secondly we should request the Supreme Court for the earliest decision in the matter and lastly, we should ask the government for an ordinance. This is a matter which is pending for 500 years and people have some hope. People of India want that a grand temple must be built at Ayodhya. We should make efforts and keep praying to fulfil the wish of people of India,” he said.
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had on Friday said that if needed, it will not hesitate to launch an agitation for Ram temple in Ayodhya.
RSS general secretary Bhaiyyaji Joshi had said Hindus were feeling "insulted" by the Supreme Court's declaration that it had priorities other than the Ayodhya issue, as he insisted for an ordinance if all options run out.
Besides the Ram temple issue, the Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti also batted for the re-election of the BJP in the Lok Sabha polls next year.
"We are very hurt that there has been no resolution to the Ram Mandir issue, but we are satisfied with the Central government's work related to country, religion, culture and national security," stated the list of "directives" issued by the Akhil Bhartiya Sant Samiti.
'No power in the world can stop construction of Ram temple'
Meanwhile, several political leaders including Union ministers Giriraj Singh and Uma Bharati, UP deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and senior Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda, too voiced their support for the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Calling the construction of the temple as her "dream", Bharati told news agency ANI, "I have actively participated in the Ram Janmabhoomi Andolan. Hearing of a case is also under way in connection with it on me and LK Advani Ji, and I am proud of it. The construction of Ram Temple is my dream and whatever initiative is required from my end I am ready for it."
Union minister Giriraj Singh said that no power in the world can stop the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.
"Prabhu Sri Ram is the cornerstone of the faith of more than 100 crore people in the country. There is resentment and impatience among the people as cold water has been thrown on their hopes, but a way out (to construct the temple) will be chalked out. No power in the world can stop the construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya," he said.
Congress leader Hooda said, "If a Ram temple is built there (in Ayodhya), I will also go to light an earthen lamp."
UP deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya said that the BJP "was, is and will always" favour the construction of the temple.
"The issue is pending with the Supreme Court, hence, I cannot comment," he said. Maurya, however, hastened to add, "We can tell for certain in one line that a grand Ram temple would be constructed whenever time comes."
Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath today reiterated that a piece of "good news" awaits devotees of Lord Ram all over the country.
Speaking at an event, Adityanath said the Lord Ram's devotees all over the country will not have to wait for long for a piece of good news on the construction of a grand temple in Ayodhya. He also urged everyone to light a lamp this Diwali in the name of Lord Ram.
Yoga guru Ramdev said that the BJP MPs should bring a legislation in Parliament to build the temple in Ayodhya. "Parliament is the highest institution in a democracy," Ramdev said.
